Environmental Management
The mission of Premier Group to conducting business in harmony with environmental responsibility, we have established an environmental management policy driven by multifaceted action plans. These include fostering environmental awareness among employees, promoting responsible resource utilization, managing pollution and waste, and addressing greenhouse gas emissions.
Premier Marketing Public Company Limited, along with its four subsidiaries located across various provinces, recognizes the environmental impact of its business operations. Therefore, the company prioritizes responsible production and distribution processes to achieve sustainable mutual success in all areas. This involves considering every step in the business value chain, focusing on the efficient and effective use of resources and energy to minimize the environmental impact of our operations. This reflects the company's core value of Mutual Benefits for all stakeholders involved in our business in diverse ways. We integrate best practices and technology into our business processes to enhance resource and energy efficiency while cultivating a green culture through environmentally friendly practices among our employees. Furthermore, we are committed to building a green network throughout our business value chain to foster shared sustainability for the future.
The Premier Group of Companies is committed to conducting its business operations while maintaining a balance with the environment. We adhere to environmental laws and regulations in accordance with the appropriate standards for each business. We also prioritize and collaborate with communities to preserve the environmental well-being of the areas where the Group operates, as follows:
- Maintain, protect, and prevent environmental impact incidents. We will provide wastewater treatment facilities to avoid negative effects on the environment and the community.
- In the event of an environmental impact caused by our products, services, or operations, the company will promptly address the issue and take fair responsibility for the resulting damages.
- Establish training programs and implement systems for inspection, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment and tools. This is to enhance the efficiency of our environmental care practices, ensuring ongoing safety and public confidence.
- Allocate an amount equal to 5 percent of the net profit after deducting corporate income tax for that fiscal year to donate for educational purposes to underprivileged or disadvantaged youth through the Yuwapath Foundation or other credible charitable organizations as determined by the Board of Directors.
Environmental Management Guidelines
- The company strictly adheres to environmental laws, regulations, and stipulations.
- We conduct our business with responsibility towards the environment and society throughout the business value chain, from sourcing raw materials and the production process to transportation, distribution channels, and ultimately, the consumer.
- We establish objectives and targets to develop environmental action plans, monitor, supervise, report on, and improve our environmental performance.
- We raise awareness and understanding among stakeholders in the business value chain, promoting and supporting the importance of the efficient use of natural resources, pollution and waste management, climate change, and the impact on biodiversity.
Pollution and Waste Management Plan
Premier Marketing Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries prioritize the management of pollution and waste generated from their business operations. This is addressed by first focusing on minimizing waste generation, following a management approach that incorporates the 3R principles. This involves considering the segregation of different types of waste, reducing the use and consumption of unnecessary resources (Reduce), reusing resources to maximize their value (Reuse), and selecting resources that can be recycled to decrease waste volume and reduce the discharge of pollutants into the environment (Recycle). Furthermore, the company promotes, campaigns, and provides training to educate employees about pollution and waste issues. It also continuously monitors and compares operational results against established targets.
1. Clean Energy Transition Project
P.M. Food Co., Ltd. and Premier Canning Industry Co., Ltd., which are subsidiaries, have adhered to policies and business practices that consider environmental sustainability. Therefore, managing electricity usage through renewable energy is considered an important mission because, while the demand for electricity in the industrial sector continues to increase, it contrasts with the future shortage of fuel sources such as oil, natural gas, and coal. Additionally, such fuels cause air pollution problems from combustion, generating various toxic gases that impact the environment and are the primary causes of climate change.
- Recognizing the strategic importance of renewable energy, the company has integrated Solar Rooftop systems into its manufacturing facilities. This initiative provides a sustainable source of clean energy with zero environmental emissions while effectively optimizing operational costs.
- Since our initial investment in 2017, both subsidiaries have consistently expanded their solar energy capacity. In 2025, our combined solar power generation reached 1,719.00 MWh, successfully mitigating 859.33 tCO2e of greenhouse gas emissions and achieving a total electricity cost saving of 8,253,074 Baht.

2. Management of Production Process Waste and Canteen Food Waste
P.M. Food Co., Ltd. (PMF), a subsidiary, has continued the corporate social responsibility policy of Premier Marketing Public Company Limited to upgrade the value chain in managing waste from the production process and food waste from the company's canteen. This is to utilize resources for maximum value, which is the origin of the project to produce fertilizer from waste in these processes, as an approach to help reduce the daily amount of this waste. During the past 4 years, the company studied and purchased one food waste composter machine. It can produce approximately 2,000 kilograms of fertilizer per month. From sending samples for nutrient analysis, it has a high amount of nitrogen, which is suitable for kitchen gardens and green leaf plants or foliage ornamental plants. The fertilizer produced from the waste disposal machine has been continuously distributed to employees so that employees with kitchen garden areas at home can test using it instead of the chemical fertilizers they are currently using. This helps reduce expenses and reduces the amount of chemical fertilizer, which has impacts on the environment and the health of employees. In addition, the produced fertilizer has been distributed to external agencies around the community that have kitchen garden plots. In the past year, the company was able to produce 12,675 kilograms of fertilizer, which was distributed to employees and the Sufficiency Economy demonstration plot at the Sa Kaeo Province military camp.

3. Management of Processing Waste by Producing Organic Fertilizer from Coffee Husks
The transformation of fresh coffee cherries into parchment coffee generates a significant byproduct: coffee cherry husks. Without effective waste management, these processing residuals can cause environmental issues within the community, including foul odors affecting neighboring areas, hygiene and occupational health concerns for residents, and the discharge of wastewater into natural water bodies, which ultimately damages the aquatic ecosystem.
Guided by the concept of "Sustainable Shared Success, Mivana Co., Ltd. is dedicated to minimizing environmental and ecological impacts in upstream watersheds through Nutrient Cycling principles. While coffee trees draw nutrients from the earth to produce cherries, only the parchment is extracted for consumption, leaving behind the husks. Annually, Mivana’s organic extension officers collaborate with farmers to sort and process these husks into high-quality compost, returning vital nutrients to the soil to complete a balanced natural cycle. In 2025, the company successfully transformed 184.67 tons of processing residuals into 105.80 tons of organic fertilizer. This initiative not only restored the ecosystem but also resulted in cost saving of 952,245 Baht for farmers in fertilizer procurement.

4. Management of Waste Separation
Recognizing the growing impact of waste on the environment, Premier Marketing PLC and its subsidiaries prioritize internal waste segregation to ensure proper disposal and resource recovery. This initiative significantly reduces landfill waste, thereby minimizing the environmental and social footprint of our operations.
“Old for New Project” by SCGP RECYCLE – A Collaboration with Premier Marketing
Premier Marketing Public Company Limited reaffirms its commitment to being a sustainability-driven organization through a collaboration with SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) in the “Old for New by SCGP RECYCLE” project. An official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held on October 15, 2025, at the Premier Corporate Park Building. This project not only promotes environmental stewardship and resource efficiency but is also a key driver of the Circular Economy and enhances internal resource management. The “Old for New” project reflects the building of business alliances (Partnerships for the Goals) with a shared vision for sustainability. From SCGP’s perspective as a packaging leader, this project helps the company secure a sufficient supply of used corrugated boxes and other paper materials, which are essential raw materials for manufacturing new products, while reducing costs from importing paper from external mills. For Premier Marketing, we have become part of this value chain by collecting used corrugated boxes from the Rom Klao Warehouse—which are obtained from supplier shipments—along with office wastepaper and sending them to SCGP to enter a systematic recycling process. This reduces the volume of waste sent to landfills and drives Climate Action in accordance with the company’s policy. Since operations began in July 2025, the company has sent paper for recycling twice, totaling more than 1.6 tonnes. Managing paper waste at the source is a significant step in supporting the sustainable development of both the organization and society. The continuous decrease in paper waste is a “positive result” stemming from successful internal management and the company’s “Paperless” initiative, which has consistently fostered employee engagement. “The reduction in paper volume demonstrates that we have better management and have truly reduced paper usage in our work processes. This is an excellent development for the company and contributes to a sustainable reduction in environmental impact.”
Tangible and measurable results
- Driving the Circular Economy: Moving toward a circular business model that aligns with our core strategy of achieving long-term, mutual success for all stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnership for Zero Waste to Landfill: Collaborative efforts to return wastepaper to SCGP’s recycling system effectively reduce landfill volumes, mitigating greenhouse gas emissions—a primary driver of climate change.
- Operational Cost Efficiency: By utilizing professional waste collection services for recycling at no cost, the company significantly optimizes operational expenses related to waste management.
- Tangible Environmental Impact: Ensuring that all paper waste is fully reintegrated into the economic cycle, creating clear, measurable, and verifiable positive impacts on the environment.
Starting with a pilot at headquarters, the 'Old for New' project will be scaled across all subsidiaries following its successful implementation. Additionally, the company is addressing plastic waste challenges by prioritizing rigorous source segregation, proper disposal, and maximizing resource recovery as part of its long-term waste management strategy.
