Employee participation for work improvement
P.M. Food Company Limited has established that employees participate in various productivity improvement activities by developing and refining their own or their department's work methods. This helps reduce production costs, minimize various losses, and fosters a positive work attitude among employees, which boosts morale. Additionally, employees learn to use new technologies or work methods, enhancing their job skills and developing their knowledge and capabilities. The company has continuously implemented work improvements through internal teams (Productivity Facilitators) or external consultants. The teams driving these projects are organized into two groups.
Academic Team: This team is responsible for training employees and providing them with knowledge about the tools to be used and recommending necessary skills enhancement in the area of work improvement.
Employee Engagement Team:Responsible for promoting activities and prizes to encourage employee participation, including communication, making signs, and posting on bulletin boards.
The operations of both teams must be continuously coordinated. Furthermore, the company has established this matter as an individual goal to be used in the annual performance measurement and evaluation of employees under the People Goal category as well. In the past year, the work improvement project achieved the following results:

During the past year, 2025, the company facilitated employee engagement in social activities through its "Kon Jing Mai Ning Doo Dai" project. This initiative provides employees with the chance to contribute meaningful value, share joy, and extend their success to underserved communities both locally and remotely. For 2023, the project partnered with the Social Sustainability Development department and three foundations requiring volunteer assistance to foster societal betterment. The approach involved understanding the specific challenges of each foundation and then collaboratively devising innovative solutions tailored to individual employee interests or skills. As a result of these operations, developmental efforts were expanded upon from the previous year, with six project ideas successfully advanced and implemented.

In 2025, the Company provided a platform for employees to engage in social responsibility through the 'Active Citizen' (Kon Jing Mai Ning Doo Dai) project, now in its sixth consecutive year. This initiative empowers our staff to deliver positive value and share their success with underprivileged individuals in both local and wider communities.
This year, the project collaborated with the Social Sustainability Development Department to work alongside three foundations in need of volunteers to help build a better society. The process began with active listening to understand the challenges faced by each foundation, followed by collaborative sessions where employees proposed creative solutions based on their personal interests and expertise. These efforts have successfully expanded upon last year’s developments, resulting in five integrated projects that have transitioned into full-scale implementation, as follows:
- Reducing Dropout Rates for Yuvabadhana Scholars: Addressed the crisis of 111 scholarship students at risk of dropping out due to poverty, academic struggles, and personal challenges by providing essential support systems to keep them in school.
- Combating Child Malnutrition: Tackled the critical nutritional crisis among Thai children, who face high risks of both obesity and nutrient deficiency, through awareness and improved dietary management.
- Unlocking Early Childhood Creativity: Empowered teachers and parents to support "Free Learning" and unstructured play, allowing young children to explore their potential and grow without limits.
- Career Guidance for Secondary Students: Developed comprehensive career counseling channels to serve as a guideline for high school students, introducing them to diverse professional paths and future opportunities.
- Sustainable Marine Conservation in Trang & Krabi: Partnered with the Enlive Foundation and local communities to address the impact of global warming on the Andaman Sea by establishing sustainable learning processes for marine conservation.
In late 2024, the Active Citizen team and partner foundations co-designed project roadmaps for 2025. Following on-site implementation, we successfully completed the mid-year review to ensure all initiatives remain on track and aligned with our strategic goals

Access to Education
'Kru Nang Fah' (Angel Teacher) project focuses on capacity building for educators, equipping them with essential psychological and counseling tools to aid vulnerable youth. With 20 schools already implementing these internal mechanisms, we are set for a strategic expansion in 2026. To ensure a unified support network, we engaged stakeholders from 175 schools through digital orientations and prioritized direct engagement by visiting 299 scholarship recipients on-site. This dual approach combining digital reach with physical presence—builds a robust foundation of trust and collaborative support for our students.

FOOD FOR GOOD project
Building a Strong Nutritional Foundation for Sustainable Growth: From Schools to Communities
FOOD FOR GOOD drives systemic change in school nutrition to combat malnutrition nationwide. We go beyond simple food provision by implementing a sustainable integrated nutrition framework. This includes capacity building for educators, supplemental funding for high quality sourcing, and the development of school based agriculture. By fostering community wide collaboration, we ensure students receive consistent nutritional care, supporting both their growth and learning readiness. From 2014 to 2025, we have successfully improved the nutritional well-being of 50,661 children.
Key Positive Impacts & Outcomes: Academic Year 2025
- 7,137 Students: Received nutritionally complete, diverse, and age appropriate meals to support their growth.
- 52 Network Schools: Successfully developed and implemented sustainable "Food and Nutrition Management Systems.
- 179 Nutrition Lead Teachers: Empowered through our comprehensive "2025 Teacher Capacity Building Program" to become experts in holistic school nutrition.
- Infrastructure & Hygiene Upgrades: Enhanced basic school hygiene by providing clean water filtration systems to 11 schools and solar-powered freezers to 4 remote schools for optimal food preservation.
In Academic Year 2025, FOOD FOR GOOD advanced its '4 Good' strategy (Good Food, Knowledge, Farm, Health) to build self-reliant school nutritional ecosystems. Partnering with 52 schools, we provided comprehensive nutritional care for 7,137 students and empowered 179 'Nutrition Lead Teachers' with tech-driven monitoring tools and menu management expertise.
A key highlight this year was transforming nutrition education from passive learning into active engagement. By integrating Gamification (e.g., 5 Color Veggie Hero and Student Food Stylists), we successfully boosted Food Literacy and shifted eating behaviors. This holistic approach fosters long-term health, extending from schools to families, ensuring children grow into healthy, capable citizens for a sustainable society.
