Building a Sharing Community and Society

Premier Marketing Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries prioritize social and community responsibility, believing that strong societies and communities are fundamental to developing quality of life and fostering sustainable growth alongside the business. This aligns with our business practice principle of "Progressive Business, Stable Employees, Sustainable Society," a guideline that the Premier Group has consistently adhered to in its operations. We are dedicated to building a business that grows in tandem with social development and the improvement of quality of life, addressing issues that impact society and communities to strengthen economic resilience and reduce social inequality.

Promoting the stable growth of communities and society is a source of pride for the employees of the company and its subsidiaries. We support fostering participation to develop society, communities, and the environment sustainably through the Premier Group's three foundations. This support covers education, social well-being, and environmental conservation. Furthermore, we encourage employees to have the opportunity to collectively demonstrate responsibility towards surrounding communities and society through various projects based on the needs of the people in those communities and society.

Guidelines

  1. Developing a sustainable social development model and expanding it to network communities to help and alleviate social distress, as well as enhance the quality of life for people in communities and society. This is achieved through management support, leading to a social enterprise in the "Meewana" forest-conserving organic coffee project.
  2. Leveraging specialized expertise from both within and outside the company to develop the potential of communities to become self-reliant and to support and care for society. This aims to solve problems and alleviate distress in a tangible manner, continuously collaborating with the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry, through the CSR-DIW project.
  3. Fostering the participation of employees and all relevant stakeholders to create sustainable value for society. This involves addressing problems or improving the quality of life for communities by utilizing specialized expertise and experience.
  4. Creating innovations to meet the needs of communities and solve their problems, with the aim of improving quality of life or strengthening various aspects of society. This involves employee participation in driving projects to successful outcomes.

Fostering the sustainable strength of communities and society outside the organization provides opportunities for employees to collectively demonstrate social responsibility by actively participating in various projects. These initiatives involve direct engagement with both local communities and broader society in different areas. Additionally, employees have the chance to collaborate through a network of partner organizations with diverse expertise. This enables the empowerment of external stakeholders to grow in tandem with the company's business operations. In 2023, the company collaborated with the following network organizations:

Community support project for education “Computers for Children”

Our subsidiary, P.M. Food Co., Ltd. (PMF), integrates group-level CSR policies into its annual strategic planning. For 13 consecutive years, PMF has followed the CSR-DIW Continuous framework, utilizing community dialogues to ensure projects meet local needs. Since 2013, the 'Canteen for Kids' project has leveraged the company’s core competency in food hygiene to support 10 local schools. In response to recent community feedback and Ministry of Education policies regarding digital learning, PMF has now launched the 'Computers for Kids' project. This initiative provides computers, smart TVs, and internet connectivity to schools in our employees' residential areas, bridging the digital divide for our students

In 2025, the 'Computers for Kids' project was implemented at Anuban Tambon Na Di School. Following dialogues with the school board, the project garnered extensive support from local authorities, community leaders, business partners, employees, and residents. Together, they successfully installed a comprehensive campus-wide internet network and smart TVs in classrooms, enhancing digital learning opportunities for all students.

The Edible Fence with Kaset PCI project,

Premier Canning Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, has adopted the Social Responsibility policy to define its annual corporate strategies by considering various projects from an analysis of stakeholders within the community in a 5-kilometer radius, following the Department of Industrial Works’ CSR–DIW Continuous guidelines. As the community is a key stakeholder, the company has collaborated with them to create projects based on community needs under the 'Sufficiency Young Farmers' project with schools that consistently maintain agricultural plots and provide school lunches.

For the past year 2025, the results of community dialogue showed a need for the company to expand the target group to community members interested in agriculture. Therefore, the company collaborated with Surao Ban Rai School to create participation and support through providing knowledge and demonstrating how to make bio-fermented water from fish scraps to be used in the school's household non-toxic vegetable plots. This aims to encourage the application of knowledge in daily life, such as growing non-toxic vegetables for sale or cooking, which helps increase vegetables in school meals and reduces school expenses by at least 3,000 Baht. Additionally, participants gained knowledge and are able to make bio-fermented water from fish scraps to use for growing vegetables at home as well.
