The company and its subsidiaries have consistently prioritized sustainable management and have continuously managed their value chain.
Policy for Suppliers of Goods and Services (SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT)
The company prioritizes conducting business ethically, upholding its responsibility to society and stakeholders in accordance with good corporate governance principles. To this end, we have established policies and guidelines for our business partners to follow. These guidelines emphasize ethical conduct, transparency, anti-corruption, and avoiding negative impacts on relevant stakeholders. They also highlight respect for human rights, fair labor practices, adherence to safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. We also strictly monitor compliance with this policy and these guidelines to ensure mutual and sustainable success. The following are the guidelines
Definitions
Business Partner refers to any seller of goods, contractor, subcontractor, lessor, hirer-purchaser, and service provider to Premier Marketing Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries.

The company's business partners must conduct their operations based on morality and ethics, ensuring they do not negatively impact related stakeholders. This means operating with accuracy, honesty, integrity, and transparency, adhering to anti-corruption principles in all forms. They must strictly comply with all relevant laws and regulations and operate in accordance with professional standards.

Conflict of Interest
Business partners of the company must ensure their employees avoid any actions related to Premier Marketing Public Company Limited that would create a conflict of interest with the company's benefit, including those involving other individuals or legal entities, for the personal gain of themselves and/or their close relatives.

Fair Competition
Business partners of the company must adhere to the rules of fair competition and avoid dishonest methods to undermine competitors or gain an unfair competitive advantage.

Information Disclosure
Business partners of the company must disclose information accurately, transparently, and completely as required by law.

Confidentiality
Business partners of the company must not disclose or use any confidential information or insider information of Premier Marketing Public Company Limited or any related parties without consent. They must also not use such information for improper personal gain or the gain of others.

Information System Security
Business partners of the company must maintain the security of information and information technology systems to ensure data availability at all times. They must also establish and implement appropriate control measures tailored to the risks associated with data, work systems, and information technology systems.

Intellectual Property Rights
Business partners of the company must respect the intellectual property rights of Premier Marketing Public Company Limited and others, taking care to prevent any infringement of such rights.

Social and Environmental Responsibility
Business partners of the company must act as good corporate citizens, responsibly and efficiently using resources.
Human Rights and Labor

Business partners of the company shall support and respect the protection of human rights. They shall ensure that their business and employees are not involved in human rights violations, such as not using forced labor, not subjecting workers to any form of abuse, harassment, or intimidation, and not employing illegal foreign workers. They shall also ensure strict compliance with labor protection laws.

Business partners of the company shall respect and adhere to universal principles of employment, treating all stakeholders fairly based on human dignity. They shall provide equal opportunities for everyone, without discrimination or violation of fundamental rights regarding gender, age, religion, race, origin, status, physical condition, and political opinion
- Business partners of the company must establish measures to protect employees who report human rights violations or unequal treatment of employees. Whistleblowers shall be protected from punishment, harassment, or any actions that would make it impossible for them to continue working.
- Business partners of the company must follow legal procedures for employee termination, avoiding unfair dismissal.
- Business partners of the company must not require employees to work longer hours than legally stipulated. Overtime work, if any, must be voluntary, and they must provide no less than the legally required holidays and leaves.
- Business partners of the company must pay wages, overtime pay, holiday pay, and any other benefits due to employees accurately, fairly, no less than legally required, and on time.
Safety and Occupational Health
- Business partners of the company must provide a safe, hygienic, and conducive work environment for effective work, in compliance with relevant laws or regulations. This includes establishing controls for safe operating procedures, accident prevention, and mitigation of potential health impacts from work activities.
Environment
- Business partners of the company must operate in an environmentally friendly manner, refraining from any actions that would harm natural resources and the environment. They must maintain and prevent any incidents that could negatively impact the environment.
- Business partners of the company must comply with or ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to the environment.
- Business partners of the company must promote efficient resource utilization, implement policies for energy and other resource conservation, or adopt energy-saving technologies within their companies.
- Business partners of the company must effectively manage pollution resulting from their operations.
Based on the company's Policy for Suppliers of Goods and Services, which sets out the agreements and guidelines for collaborative business operations with partners, the company will establish a plan to monitor partners' adherence to business ethics, including self-assessments by partners, on-site assessments of partners, and assessments by independent external organizations.
The company and its subsidiaries have developed an action plan for raw material procurement that covers every step from sourcing, selection, site visits, and co-development, all the way to delivery to consumers. This plan also extends to issues of business ethics, respect for human rights, environmental management, and occupational safety and health. These guidelines have been disseminated to business partners and their employees, requiring strict compliance.

Our company has established key operational steps to sustainably create shared value by managing our value chain in collaboration with stakeholders across the business ecosystem. These steps include:
- Focusing on Quality in Raw Material Sourcing: We meticulously source, select, and assess ESG sustainability risks of our raw materials. Furthermore, we actively promote and enhance the capabilities of our partners, expanding these efforts to build mutual sustainability.
- Emphasizing Quality Control in Product Manufacturing: We continuously develop efficient production processes to ensure optimal resource utilization. This also includes guaranteeing food safety in accordance with international standards.
- Ensuring Quality in Product Logistics: We leverage technology for the reception, storage, and widespread distribution of goods, maintaining freshness. We also manage transportation to minimize impacts on society and the environment.
- Delivering Quality to the Consumer: We develop new products that meet the evolving needs of consumers and society. Additionally, we enable consumers to access and verify the origin of raw materials, production processes, and the nutritional value derived from consuming our products.
- Committing to Value Delivery for Communities, Society, and the Environment: We foster the development of community, social, and environmental ecosystems. We encourage participation from both internal and external stakeholders to drive long-term sustainability.

In 2025, the Company and its subsidiaries established an annual supplier audit plan, utilizing Supplier Self-Assessment questionnaires and scheduling ESG On-site Audits. Over the past year, the Company conducted on-site audits for three key partners: Sikarin Public Company Limited (Healthcare and Medical Services), Durbell Company Limited (Consumer Goods Distribution), and Iron Mountain (Thailand) Company Limited (Document Storage and Management Services). The audit results for all three companies were rated as 'Excellent,' demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive ESG business practices. Furthermore, the subsidiaries conducted on-site visits to 32 additional suppliers, all of whom are identified as Critical Tier-1 Suppliers. The Company has therefore developed a comprehensive sustainability audit and engagement plan to encourage our partners to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into their operations. This initiative not only strengthens the relationships between the Company and its suppliers but also fosters collaborative opportunities for long-term sustainable business development.
