Corporate Governance Plan and Objectives
Based on the company's current Good Corporate Governance Policy, which serves as our guiding principle, it aligns with the Good Corporate Governance Principles set forth by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. These principles consist of five main categories:

- Category 4: Disclosure and Transparency
- Category 5: Responsibilities of the Board of Directors
The company's good corporate governance policy is supported by guidelines for risk management, internal control and audit, and conducting business fairly within legal frameworks and business ethics. This also includes a tax policy that ensures compliance with legal requirements, transparency, auditability, and timely execution, as well as cooperation with the Revenue Department and other government agencies regarding tax matters. In practice, this aligns with the Premier Group's joint working committee on risk management and governance.
To ensure the company's good corporate governance policy is applied equitably and fairly to all stakeholders, the company has established channels for receiving complaints, comments, or suggestions. These channels are for any stakeholder who has been, or is at risk of being, adversely affected or suffering damages from the company's operations or from employee actions that violate laws, regulations, rules, or business ethics. This also covers behavior that may indicate corruption, unequal treatment, or negligent and imprudent actions. Whistleblowers or complainants can submit tips or complaints, along with supporting evidence, through the following channels:
