I feel incredibly proud and happy to work here. My mother and I joined PCI as our first workplace in Thailand, and I have never wanted to work anywhere else. Working here brings me joy; the compensation and benefits are excellent, and the facilities—such as the company shuttle and affordable canteen meals—make daily life much easier. I also value the opportunity to exchange cultures with my colleagues.

The financial stability allows me to send money home and utilize my annual leave to visit my family in Myanmar during festivals. Looking ahead, I plan to stay with the Company long-term and apply for the Employee Children's Scholarship as my child grows.
