Food Company Limited and Premier Canning Industry Company Limited, both subsidiaries, have adopted a policy of conducting business with a commitment to responsible sustainability, particularly through the use of alternative energy. Managing electricity consumption is a key priority in the company’s operation, especially as industrial demand for electricity continues to rise while conventional fuel sources such as oil, natural gas, and coal are facing future scarcity. Moreover, the combustion of these fuels generates air pollution and releases harmful gases, contributing to environmental degradation and climate change.

The Company recognizes the importance of utilizing alternative energy sources to generate electricity for factory operations. By installing solar panels on facility roofs (solar roof), the Company harnesses a clean energy source that produces no environmental pollution and lowers electricity costs by reducing reliance on the power grid. Since 2017, both subsidiaries have invested in solar panel installations and have continuously expanded their capacity. In 2024, the investment had been extended to cover the entire roof area of the production plant buildings, achieving a total electricity generation of 1,589,922 MWh per year.
