Performance Results for the Year 2024 (Annual Supplier Assessment)

In the year 2024, the company and its subsidiaries prepared an annual supplier audit plan using a Supplier Self-Assessment form and considered scheduling ESG On-site Audits. In the past year, the company conducted on-site audits of 2 partners: Toppan Forms (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which manufactures plastic cards and various form documents, and Sikarin Public Company Limited, which operates a hospital business. The audit results for both were excellent, indicating their focus on and comprehensive business operations under all ESG dimensions. Additionally, the subsidiaries conducted on-site audits of 31 partners, considered key Tier-1 suppliers. Therefore, the company has developed a plan to conduct site visits and sustainability assessments to encourage its partners to operate their businesses with consideration for the environment, society, and corporate governance (ESG). This fosters good relationships between the company and its partners and also creates opportunities for collaboration in developing sustainable business operations in the future.
