Performance Results for the Year 2023 (Annual Supplier Assessment)

In fiscal year 2023, the Company and its subsidiaries established an annual supplier audit plan that included the use of a Supplier Self-Assessment form and the consideration for scheduling ESG on-site audits. In the past year, the Company conducted on-site audits of 3 suppliers as follows: P.M. Food Co., Ltd., which operates a business manufacturing Taro fish snacks; V.S. Furniture Industry Samut Sakhon Co., Ltd., which operates a business manufacturing display shelves for sales promotion; and DeBEL Co., Ltd., which operates a business distributing goods. The audit results of all 3 suppliers were rated as good. Additionally, the subsidiaries conducted on-site audits of 7 suppliers, considered key Tier-1 partners. Therefore, the Company has developed a plan for on-site visits and sustainability assessments to encourage its suppliers to conduct business with consideration for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. This fosters a positive relationship between the Company and its suppliers and also creates opportunities for collaboration in developing sustainable business operations in the future
