Meewana Co., Ltd., a subsidiary operating under a social enterprise model, has developed its "Meewana" organic coffee and forest conservation business. This initiative stems from recognizing a growing consumer trend towards health-consciousness and a preference for organic products. The product line includes Meewana brand organic Arabica coffee in roasted, ground, and drip coffee forms, as well as Meewana Organic Sparkling Coffee, a canned cold brew product.
To promote wider consumption of organic coffee, the company has focused on making distribution channels easily accessible through small-scale retailers and online platforms. In 2021, Meewana expanded its collaborative efforts to foster forest sustainability by opening its first Mivana Coffee Flagship Store. Located in the garden of Premier Corporate Park, this store offers coffee to consumers who wish to enjoy their drink while actively participating in natural restoration and watershed forest conservation.

The company is increasingly focusing on developing its business within the coffee market, enhancing distribution channels and expanding communication avenues to raise awareness of Meewana's value and business commitment. This led to the establishment of the Mivana Coffee Flagship Store, a key tool in elevating Meewana's business growth. The plan involves increasing the number of B2B partners, building confidence by communicating the concept of contributing to watershed forest conservation, showcasing high-quality, standardized processes, and offering a comprehensive range of products for the full-cycle coffee business.
In addition to roasted organic coffee as a finished product, Meewana also offers raw materials, including green coffee beans for the roaster and trader segments. Furthermore, the company is developing a franchise model for customers interested in opening a coffee shop with a similar concept. The Meewana team will collaborate with these customers to develop their businesses according to their specific needs and budgets, fostering shared growth.

The project covers an organic coffee cultivation area of 5,550.63 rai (approximately 2,190 acres), which is also certified for international organic coffee production standards.

The project empowers local farmers by using "coffee" to sustainably maintain the ecological balance. This is achieved through an organic farming system that avoids the use of any chemicals in cultivation. It involves building knowledge and collaborative efforts among member farmers in research and experimentation, covering everything from seedlings and planting to preparing organic fertilizers and eliminating pests. This approach prohibits the use of all chemicals that could contaminate the soil, air, and watershed forests, which would ultimately destroy the ecosystem. Through research and development, the project has successfully increased the yield per rai for member farmers and improved product quality, leading to a significant increase in their income and a visibly better quality of life.
