Throughout my over 7 years working at the company, I've had the opportunity to be promoted to Assistant Supervisor. I feel proud to be a part of the work, which motivates me. I have good Thai supervisors and colleagues, making me happy at work. The company takes good care of employee well-being and treats everyone equally, just like Thai employees. Especially the provident fund benefit is a good way to save money. I earn an equal income and send bonuses back to my family in Myanmar. The company provides opportunities for cultural exchange in terms of food and lifestyle between Thai colleagues, and I also have a part in selecting representatives to participate in the company's Welfare Committee.
