Here's the English translation: In the past year 2024 (B.E. 2567), Premier Marketing Public Company Limited promoted the expansion of the private sector's coalition in conducting business with transparency. The company declared itself a Change Agent to express its intention to expand the network of business operations to its partners in the business value chain. SME business partners were encouraged to participate in the project to declare their intention to join the Thai private sector's anti-corruption coalition through the website www.thai-cac.com. On September 4, 2024, the company organized the “PM CAC Change Agent Day 2024”. Business partners were invited to attend and listen to a lecture on the topic "The Current State of Corruption: Why is Business Transparency Important by Mr. Prommate Benjarongkit, Director of CAC, via online platform. A total of 21 business partners attended the event. This was all to promote the expansion of the private sector's coalition in conducting business with transparency.
Furthermore, the company organized a training session to provide knowledge and foster understanding among employees of the company and its subsidiaries in the course "The Role of Executives and Employees in Anti-Corruption" on August 21, 2024, with 71 executives and employees participating. In the past year, subsidiaries P.M. Food Co., Ltd. and Premier Canning Industry Co., Ltd. successfully renewed their membership in Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption for the second consecutive time.
