TARO LAOS : Boat Racing Festival in Vientiane “Boat Racing Festival” has been held in Vientiane, Laos in the period of lunar month, usually in October after Buddhist Lent ends. The races along Mekong River attract participants from all around the nation and many vendors also crowd the streets selling clothing, food, and beverages.
