2015

  • The Company jointly invested in and operates a social enterprise business with the main goal of natural resources and environmental conservation to solve the problem of and restore deteriorating watershed forests at Khun Chae National Park and Lam Nam Kok National Park by promoting organic coffee growing under the company PM SE Co., Ltd.

2007

  • The Company converted into a public limited company under the name Premier Marketing Public Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 650 million Baht.

2002

  • The Company increased its registered capital to 500 million Baht to expand its consumer goods business, including electrical appliance products under the “Mirage”, “Philco” and “Ariston” brands.

1990

  • The Company moved its office building from Soi Langsuan to Srinakarin Road to support the expansion of its business.

1990

  • The Company invested in business expansion through the establishment of a factory under the company Premier Frozen Products Co., Ltd. to produce frozen food products for export.

1989

  • The Company invested in business expansion through the establishment of a factory under the company Premier Canning Industry Co., Ltd. to produce canned fish and tomato sauces under the “Roza” brand and, which later produced products under the “King's Kitchen (KK)” brand.

1983

  • The Company joint ventured with Taiwan’s famous, number one producer of fish strips in the establishment of a factory under the company P.M. Food Co., Ltd. and launched new products on to the market, namely “Taro” fish products, which are healthy snack products that are well-known and popular and have always maintained a leading position in the fish strip market.

1979

  • The Company increased its registered capital to 4 million Baht and initiated a marketing management system and the distribution of snacks. Subsequently, it received the trust of the product owners to become their distribution agent.

  • Premier Marketing Co., Ltd. was incorporated with an initial registered capital of 1 million Baht and was initially engaged in the advertising, promotion and publication of the “Puan Dern Thang” or “Travelling Companion” magazine.
